Our Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking course was created by industry experts  By joining with industry leaders, the end result is a practical activity-based outcome, equipping participants with the necessary skills to succeed within the Mortgage Industry. The TMA course is continually updated to reflect the changing nature of the Mortgage industry and also covers business planning and exploring job opportunities upon successful completion.  The last comprehensive update was completed in January 2017.
Our course is nationally recognized. TMA is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO #21609) and is registered by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) to provide nationally recognised training throughout Australia. Only Registered Training Organisations can issue qualifications and statements of attainment that are recognised nationally.

Units of Competency

When an RTO designs a training program, it is free to structure it as it thinks best. However, the RTO is required to make sure that the training meets the required national standards. This includes the content and assessment methods used. To offer this qualification, an RTO must ensure that it covers the set core units of competency, which are set out in the Financial Services Training Package (FSTP).

Traineeship Management Australia has structured its training in a way that it believes will best suit the learning needs of its participants. The qualification covers the following units of competency. In doing so, the training meets the required standards.

Upon successful completion of the compressed training program, students receive a Statement of Attainment with 12 Units of Competency listed.
